These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Earnings Bird, operated by Earnings Bird. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Earnings Bird is an earnings-reminder service for US-listed stocks. You build a watchlist, choose how far ahead you want to be reminded, and receive email reminders before earnings calls. Pro subscribers can also subscribe to a live calendar feed.

Your account

You sign in with a passwordless magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure, and for the activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

• The Free plan tracks up to 2 stocks with email reminders.
• Pro is $9 per month or $79 per year and adds unlimited stocks, all reminder windows, and the calendar subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Not financial advice

Earnings Bird is a notification tool, not a financial advisor. It tells you when earnings are scheduled — it does not tell you what to do about them, and nothing in the service is investment, financial, or trading advice. Always do your own research before making investment decisions.

Third-party data

Earnings dates and related data are sourced from third-party providers (including Finnhub) and may be inaccurate, delayed, or subject to change. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any earnings date. For decisions that depend on a precise date, confirm with the company’s official investor relations source.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earnings Bird is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from missed, late, or inaccurate reminders or earnings data.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
