Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Earnings Bird (“Earnings Bird”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Earnings Bird earnings-reminder service. Earnings Bird covers US-listed stocks only.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account email — you sign in with a passwordless magic link, so we store your email address to authenticate you and send reminders. We do not store a password.
• Your watchlist — the stock tickers you choose to track, and any labels you assign to them.
• Reminder preferences — the reminder windows you select (e.g. 7 days before, 1 day before earnings).
• Billing reference — if you subscribe to Pro, a customer reference from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and operate your account.
• To detect upcoming earnings dates for your watched stocks and send the email reminders you configured.
• To provide the Pro calendar subscription feed, if you are a Pro subscriber.
• To process subscription payments and manage billing.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services (subprocessors)

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to deliver the service. Your data is shared with them only as needed for the functions below:

• Supabase — authentication and database (stores your account, watchlist, and preferences).
• Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and reminder emails.
• Finnhub — source of stock and earnings-calendar data. We send stock tickers to look up earnings dates; we do not send your personal information to Finnhub.
• Vercel — application hosting and scheduled jobs.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can remove stocks from your watchlist at any time. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us at support@earningsbird.com.

Cookies and sessions

We use a cookie to keep you signed in after you authenticate. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
