Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Earnings Bird.
Earnings Bird covers US-listed stocks on NYSE and NASDAQ. All earnings times are displayed in US Eastern Time (ET) — Before Market Open (BMO) and After Market Close (AMC).
Earnings dates and estimates are sourced from Finnhub, a widely used financial data provider. Dates are synced regularly, but may occasionally change — we recommend confirming with the company's investor relations page for critical trades.
Pro users can subscribe to a live calendar feed that auto-syncs all watchlist earnings to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Your calendar app polls the feed periodically (typically every 12–24 hours) to pick up new or changed earnings dates. Reminder alerts are included based on your reminder preferences.
Yes — since it's a subscription (not a one-time download), any changes to earnings dates or your reminder preferences will be reflected the next time your calendar app refreshes the feed. Note: some calendar apps may not fully support embedded reminders (VALARM). Email reminders are always reliable.
Free lets you track up to 2 stocks with email reminders at 7 days and 1 day before earnings. Pro ($9/month or $79/year) gives you unlimited stocks, all 6 reminder windows (30, 14, 7, 3, 1, and same day), and the calendar subscription feature.
You'll receive email reminders based on the reminder schedule you configure (e.g. 7 days before, 1 day before). Pro users also get a live calendar subscription feed that surfaces upcoming earnings in Apple or Google Calendar.
No. Earnings Bird is a notification tool — it tells you when earnings are happening, not what to do about them. Always do your own research before making investment decisions.
