Track your Merrill Edge holdings

Earnings Bird can build your watchlist from your Merrill Edge holdings in under a minute. Merrill's main export (Download Account Data) covers transaction history rather than current positions, so the paste path is the most reliable route.

1. Copy your tickers from Merrill

  1. Log in at merrilledge.com on the web.
  2. Open your Holdings page.
  3. Copy the tickers you hold. A rough copy is fine: extra words and numbers are ignored, only ticker-shaped symbols are kept.

2. Paste them into Earnings Bird

  1. Open your dashboard and start adding a stock.
  2. Switch to Bulk add mode.
  3. Paste your tickers separated by commas or new lines (for example: NVDA, AAPL, TSLA).
  4. Review the list, then add them.

What about Merrill's downloads?

Merrill's "Download Account Data" produces transaction history in date-range chunks, which describes past activity rather than what you hold today, so Earnings Bird doesn't read it: importing trades would add stocks you've already sold. If you do find a positions CSV with a Symbol column in your Merrill account, the regular CSV import will read it.

Nothing about your account is shared

The paste path sends nothing but the tickers you typed or copied. No login, no account connection, no share counts, no dollar amounts.
